Mattias Klum

Mattias Klum is a Swedish Photographer who works for the National Geographic. He focuses on Natural history and cultural subjects.
One of his works was called a journey throught the rainforest where he walked throuhg a rainforest and took photos of the animals that he saw there.




I like this work because of the way he goes into a place not knowing what photos he is going to take and then getting really good shots of a wide variety of things. This is a really good concept of journeys that I would like to explore.

I like this work because I like how we can view these animals without seeing them in real life, almost as if we have been transported to where they live by staying in our own home. This work has inspired me to do a project where I am transported into another place.
